Security:
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You may phone or fax your order
or place it directly through our web site. If ordering online, your billing information is
encrypted and securely transmitted in multiple parts through Americart and CardService
International, our shopping cart server and secure merchant administrator. The total
amount of your order is approved only and is not billed until your order ships. You are
billed correctly on every order transaction.
Placing Orders:
Within 12 hours of placing your order (usually in much less time) you will receive an
e-mail confirming your order, the total amount billed, the shipping date, and the method
of shipment. If your order is shipping UPS, you will also receive the UPS Tracking Number
via e-mail the day your order ships.
If paying by check or money order, an e-mail is sent the day your funds arrive to
confirm receipt and shipping date. We do not hold checks; your order ships next business
day after receipt of your funds.
If shipping COD by either UPS or US Mail, your order is shipped next business day by
the carrier of your choice.
Inventory and Shipping Procedures:
All items are stocked at our Monroe (metro Atlanta), Georgia warehouse. Your order is
processed and shipped, usually next business day, by Lab Essentials, Inc., not direct
shipped by the manufacturers or by fulfillment houses. The responsibility for the correct
processing and shipping of your order is ours, not another company’s. Our daily
pick-ups from UPS and Federal Express assure your order is never delayed.
For international customers, we have a variety of alternatives to ship your order with
quick delivery and cost effectiveness. Please contact us for further information.
Urine Reagent Strips, including Ketone Strips, are usually shipped US Priority Mail,
which allows for 2-3 delivery anywhere in the USA. Microscopes, centrifuges, lab products,
and video capture devices are normally shipped via UPS, with delivery east of the
Mississippi usually in 2-4 business days, west of the Mississippi in 4-7 business days.
Overnight and 2nd and 3rd day air shipments are available for an
additional fee.
