You Should Know Before Ordering
All in-stock orders will be shipped within
two business days of receiving your order under normal conditions. You will receive
email notification when your order ships. All sales are made on a prepaid
basis. We will accept your personal check or money order. There will be
a $30 charge for any returned check.
Net 30 Day terms are extended to Governmental
Agencies, school systems and businesses, subject to credit approval, with a written
Purchase Order. Invoices not paid 30 days past the due date will be placed for
collection incurring additional fees.
All Lab Essentials microscopes (manufactured
by LW Scientific) are guaranteed for life against manufacturer's defects and for one year
for electronic components. Warranties by other microscope manufacturers vary, but
contact us for their stated warranties. All Lab Essentials lab products are guaranteed for
one year unless otherwise stated.
For shipments outside the USA, the purchaser
will be responsible for all duties, entry fees, freight charges, and other related import
charges.
Return Policy:
All Lab Essentials products are guaranteed to
meet your expectations. Within 30 days of shipment, if you are not satisfied with
your purchase, we will gladly accept your return under the following conditions: 1) Contact us by phone or e-mail for an RMA (returned merchandise
authorization) number prior to shipping. 2) The product must be returned
freight prepaid. 3) All original manuals, shipping and packing materials must
be returned. 4) All products must be in "as-new" and resaleable
condition. Upon inspection of returned product, any damaged instruments may be
subject to a restocking charge or be declared nonrefundable. Special order/large
quantity items may be deemed non-returnable. Please contact us with any questions or
comments prior to ordering.
If any product proves defective your sole
remedy will be to secure replacement or refund of such product. Under no
circumstances will Lab Essentials, Inc. be liable for any claim for labor or consequential
